In early 2013 YouScience (http://www.youscience.com/) was preparing to launch as an organization focused on meeting the career planning and career development needs of individuals (advanced high school age through early career) preparing to make educational and early career investments. YouScience recognized the value of assessing natural strengths, and was looking to include aptitude assessments in their suite of career assessment offerings.
The two organizations agreed on terms to license 12 Ball Aptitude Battery subtests, and later that year the Ball Foundation collaborated with YouScience in a knowledge transfer process, which helped YouScience to more effectively re-program the aptitude subtests to include in their Latitude product platform.
