Product Development

The best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today.— Elbert Hubbard

Product development is an important outcome of The Ball Foundation’s applied research efforts. One utility of product development is that it supports continuing study of the different variables impacting success and satisfaction in the workplace. It also allows us to explore, understand, and share insights with others.

Product Development Efforts

We have initiated the development of several tools that can complement aptitude information in examining settings that may be a good “fit” for the individual. These tools were developed to gauge constructs widely considered to be important in career planning, namely job satisfaction and ability self-estimation.

We are interested in expanding the work invested in:

  1. The Job Satisfaction Survey™,
  2. Self-Estimate of Abilities™, and
  3. Comprehensive Ability Battery.

We welcome inquiries from those interested in partnering with us to further develop, refine, or use these tools. Contact us should you have any questions.
