Site Visits

A few people from each site met to schedule cross-site networked visits over the coming months. The intent of these visits is to extend and deepen the Community of Practice, both across sites and at each site; to see and explore practices in action; and to generate new knowledge that works.

The first of these visits will be a team from Northview traveling to Chula Vista, February 25-27. Other visits between different sites are planned, but the schedule is not fully confirmed yet. The outcomes of these site visits will be shared with all in the Community of Practice.
