The Rowland-Ball Partnership invites you to be a part of a special project:

Voices of Personal and Organizational Transformation

WHAT: The Ball Partnership is asking the people of RUSD to share and record one memorable experience they’ve had while working with the Partnership that has affected their thinking, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, teaching, and/or relationships.

WHY: The Ball Partnership is collecting these experiences in order to better understand the impact that the work of the Partnership is having on RUSD. The collected experiences will be published in book format in the fall of 2009, and will be marketed to teachers, district leadership, and educational policy-makers around the country. Copies will be provided to RUSD.

WHERE and WHEN: Stories were collected in May 2009. We are currently working on transcribing, editing, and finding major themes and patterns from these wonderful stories. We hope to publish a version of these stories in Fall 2009.
